Notarization $10.00 per notarized signature
Certified Copy $10.00
We can certify a copy by either meeting you at a copy store and watching the actual copy as it is made or if you provide the original and a color copy, we can compare the two documents and inscribe the notarial language to certify it as a true copy of the original.
As your local mobile notary , I provide courteous, prompt and professional service to the general public as well as for attorneys and law offices, banks, commercial and residential lenders, escrow companies, local businesses without a notary on staff, mortgage brokers, realtors, senior living facilities, hospitals and nursing homes.
With the Financial Institutions cutting back services most Banks and Credit Unions won't notarize anything but their own documents. Where does a customer go to get legal documents notarized? Give us a call at Eastside Mobile Notary. We can come to your location or arrange to meet you at a place that's convenient. We also have extended hours available.
I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document. By doing so would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed to the lender, title company or an attorney.
